measure provides consistent, accurate "readings" |

measure detects changes that you consider important |
| Timeliness |
The
measure provides information in time to be useful. |
Usefulness for Multiple Purposes |
Is
what I am striving for going to lead me to measurable
goal attainment--excellence |
| Cost |
The
benefits of the measure are worth whatever it costs to
"get" it. What will it cost me to use what I have perfected--excellence |
| Credibility |
The
measure seems reasonable and will provide information
that is believable someone other than you should see the
results |
